FAQ / Things You Ought To Know!

Bounce House Delivery Area

Rental Period

Rental is good for 8 hours. Overnight rentals are also available.

Delivery and Pick Up:

Delivery/Pickup is free within the service area. (10 Miles outside that area is an additional $20.)

Setup:

- Set up and take downs take up to 30 minutes.
- Ideal location would be on a leveled, grassy, 20' x 20' area.
- Please be sure to clear the area of all debris/waste.
- If setup is on concrete or asphalt, please notify us so that we bring proper equipment to anchor bounce house down.

Water/Dry Slides and Bounce Houses:

In order to get the most out of the water slide, we'll need a outdoor water faucet. We have a 50ft. hose, if we need it. Also we'll need an electrical outlet for the blower. If there isn't an electrical outlet nearby, you can rent a generator for an additional fee.

Deposit and Payment:

We accept cash, checks (made to JumpJumpDFW.com) and Paypal (andy@jumpjumpdfw.com) *Please note that there is a $25 NSF fee on all returned checks Deposit is $50 (Deposit is refundable if: 1) rental is cancelled 2 weeks in advance or 2) harsh weather occurs and we are unable to set up (see "Bad Weather Policy" section below)

Bad Weather Policy:

On the day of the event, if heavy rain or strong winds occur and we're unable to set up we will refund your deposit. If rain or strong winds occur during the event, turn off the blower and allow it to deflate. Once the weather has subsided, you may turn the blower back on and continue the fun.
